Has anyone else had any issues with the Electricity at The Heart?
Since moving in about a year ago I have duly completed the meter reading card that is left for us each quarter and handed it in to the front desk to be collected by the electic people or fowarded on - whatever way it happens.
However yesterday, when faced with the prospect of a huge final bill (as finally moving out ) it apears that none of the cards we have filled in have been returned to the electric people so all bills have been estimated.
We - maybe like most - just pay the set monthly figure and dont really analyse the on-line billing account but it may be worth everyone checking to see that they are being charged correctly.
Just waiting for the final bill to see what the damage is............................
