If it ain't broke don't fix it. Boundary walls can be a nightmare. You can probably argue black and blue over who is responsible for it. You can bet it won't be cheap to replace. With the pending cladding work I doubt the wall will be given too much attention if it is still standing and no danger to others.

You could contact Trinity estates who are the managing agents for Wellington Close. I suspect they will look to repair only essential maintenance. A brick wall by some bin storgae will probably not rank too high on that list. Still worth a try I guess.

Maybe a tidy up is all that is needed??
