Air Pollution very nearby!

I know this is not Walton on Thames but,
Mayor of London has advised people to stay inside in Kingston, Hounslow and Wandsworth due to air pollution.

I was just contacting a relative over there with lung disease to warn them, when I noticed the date.

There is at least one road in Elmbridge where it is only possible to get planning permission if the windows fronting the street cannot be opened.
