Alteration of a dress

Post by lesleymargaret » Fri Jul 13, 2012 2:33 pm

I have bought a dress which is too long as it was an inexpensive one (cheap!!) I don't want to spend more having it shortened than it cost. Has anyone a suggestion of someone who could do a good job at a reasonable price.

Thanks.
