Demolition due to begin

Work on the development is due to start this week on Thursday 15th January 2004. O&H's contractors will move in this week to demolish the empty buildings on New Zealand Avenue. The old surface car park on the land behind the old town centre will shut from Wednesday. The demolition work is expected to last for three months in total.
