New community at the rear of the empty Dukes Head public house

A new community has sprung on the plot of land at the rear of the Dukes Head public house. A traveller community accompanied by the intriguingly entitled Paradise Bus!

During the bank holiday French Market they set up a kind of free for all 'mini market' in the Old Dukes Head beer garden. Reports are that they displayed "a sign saying they had intercepted a lorry full of stuff destined for a land fill. They had put it all in the beer garden with a sign saying free. There was loud music (Bob Dylan) and people were rummaging through the items.”

Another interesting development in the Heart of Walton!
